Zoe Tharpe Costin, 72, of West Monroe, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2020 at her home. She was an employee of Excel Convenience Stores.  Private services are being held Monday, March 30, 2020. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Zoe is preceded in death by her mother, Zoe Tharpe, spouse, Ernest Costin, son, John (Nuge) Costin, two brothers, Lynn Tharpe and Martin (Bud) Tharpe, and two great-grandchildren, Gunner Foster and Elaina Cannady.

She is survived by her son, Eddie (Goobie) Costin, grandchildren, Misti Hudson, Christi Cannady, Samantha Hixon and Catherine Costin; great-grandchildren, John Foster, Conner Foster, and Trevor Cannady; nieces, Amanda (Mandy) Weems and husband Wade, Victoria (Sissy) Joyner, Julie Garza, Traci Tharpe, Debi Neblo and nephew, Randy Tharpe.

Honorary Pallbearers will be John Takewell, John Paul Takewell, Wade Weems, Chris Henning, Brian Costin, Dewayne Jones, Hunter Weems, Fisher Weems, Jessie Jones, Donnie Costin, Donnie Taylor, Colby McManus, Randy Tharpe, Scott Conville, Mike Odom, Larry Longstreath, Ricky Bidleman and Charlie Johnson.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Elara Caring Hospice and especially Britt, Michelle, Nicole, Melissa and Coco.
