Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Morace Young, 70, of West Monroe will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 7, 2011 at McClendon Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA. Rev. James Garner, Rev. Barry Blanton and Rev. Kelli Stevenson will be officiating. Interment will follow at Rayville Masonic Cemetery, Rayville, LA, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Mrs. Young was born December 10, 1940 in Richland Parish and passed away January 4, 2011 in West Monroe. She was a retired construction secretary, and she treasured her family and God. She enjoyed flower gardening, sewing, her dogs and being outdoors. Mrs. Young was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Young. Mrs. Young is survived by 2 children; Lisa Fleming and husband Gary and Doug Kyser and wife Angela; 4 grandchildren; Megan Fleming and fiancé Josh Randall, Molly Fleming and fiancé Chris Coleman, Brandon Kyser and Shelby Kyser; 1 great-grandchild, Aubri Coleman; uncle, Ray Moore; best friend Lorea Cloyd and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held at 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Pallbearers will be Jay Cloyd, Doyle Jones, Dr. Warren Daniel and Nick Freeland, Reed Griffin and Barry Blanton.
