Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Brister Ray Kilpatrick, age 86, of Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, August 5, 2013 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Monroe. Officiating will be her nephew, Rev. Phillip Palmertree. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home Monroe. Mrs. Kilpatrick was born January 26, 1927 in Poplar Creek, Ms and passed away at her daughter's residence on August 2, 2013 in Monroe. Mrs. Kilpatrick was a member of First Baptist Church in Monroe and member of the Eastern Star and Home Extention Club. She was a retired sales clerk working at several department stores in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Donald Keith Ray and Travis H. Kilpatrick. Mrs. Kilpatrick is survived by her 3 children, Shirley Sanders and her, husband Billy, Mike Ray and Bill Ray and his wife, Tami; five grandchildren, Dr. Bohdi Sanders, Russ Sanders, Chad Sanders, Brandy May and William Ray Jr. and nine great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Douglas Brister, Chad Sanders, Patrick May, Tyler Sanders, Rick Williams and Billy Sanders. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Sunday, August 4, 2013 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Monroe.
