William Lee “Billy” Hill, 83, passed away in Farmerville, Louisiana on October 8, 2023.  He was born to John Lawson and Lillian Hill on June 11, 1940 in Linville, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville, Louisiana on Thursday, October 12, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will immediately follow with Bro. Bubba Hoggatt officiating.  Interment will be at Liberty Baptist Cemetery in Linville, Louisiana under the direction and care of Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Renate Hill; brother, Johnny Hill; and his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Regina Hill.

Left to cherish his memory are his brothers and sisters, Linda Hill Hanson, Carol Hill Nyegaard, Tommy Hill, Randy Hill, and Pamela Hill Phillips; granddaughters, Shelby Evans and Sara Hill; 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and his furry friend, Holly.

Billy was a veteran of the United States Army, loved the outdoors and especially spending time at his camp on the river.

Pallbearers will be Tom Holbrook, Charlie Holbrook, Fred Nyegaard, Hank Snell, Brian Nyegaard, and Zane Matthews.
