Wanda and I spoke every few months. I got to see her at the all class reunion of Morrow High School in 2009. Her mother, Ms Alice Simpson was our close neighbor when I was growing up. I would see Wanda on her visits from Monroe to see her mother. I remember Diane and Carolyn as we were all pretty close in age. I will miss our phone visits and remembering years of growing up in the Morrow/Big Cane community. She was such a sweet and kind person and will surely be missed by anyone that knew her. I am sorry to read about Ms. Wanda.. I was the Beautician at Claiborne Creek a few years back.. Your mom, always had something to talk about.. Her favorite thing to tell me was, I am a “Hooker” then she would laugh and tell me about her little job for Armstrong.. Sending Hugs and Prayers to your family.. Robin Kersh

There are no words for a loss of this magnitude. My Aunt Wanda was my only living aunt and was the strongest and sweetest woman I know. Her sense of humor and love for friends and family carried her far. She had a huge heart and loved big. I will miss our long chats and your funny jokes. I will not say good bye but I will be seeing you again one day. You are our Guardian Angel now. We love you, Cindy & Glenn.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
