Funeral services for Mrs. Violet M. Bidleman, 65 of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday June 14, 2007, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home-West Monroe with Rev. Woodson McGuffee and Rev. Jimmy Williams officiating. Interment to follow in St. Paschals Cemetery, West Monroe, under the direction of the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mrs. Bidleman was born March 27, 1942 in Monroe, LA and passed away on Monday, June 11, 2007, in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vines and Shirley Stapleton; a daughter, Terri Bidleman; and a sister, Lois Willis. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Floyd W. Bidleman; children: Debbie Finkbeiner and husband Mike, Eric Bidleman and wife Debra, Rickey Bidleman and wife Millie, Kelly Bidleman, Floyd W. Bidleman, Jr. and wife Billie, Christine Williams and husband Jimmy; sisters, Lottie Brown and Wanda Stapleton, brother, George Stapleton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Mrs. Bidleman≠s grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe.
