Verna “Bonnie Reeves” Morales was born October 8, 1930 in Shreveport, LA and passed away November 6, 2022 in West Monroe. Visitation will be held Wednesday November 9, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Verna was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her church and church friends. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, baking and crocheting.
Verna was preceded in death by her husbands, Don Reeves and Felix Morales; parents Sara and Jesse Busby; sisters Georgia Carroll and Clara Mobley; and grandson Jesse Miller.
She is survived by her children Brynda Villeneuve, Danny Reeves, Ken Reeves and Robbin Miller; step-children Rohn Morales, Carol Morales, Nancy Morales, Marie Morales and Bud Morales; 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; special extended friends L.W. and Tammy Dennis.
Memorials may be made to Ouachita Parish Humane Society, West Monroe.
