Funeral services for Truett Bailey, 75, of West Monroe will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 12, 2021 with Dr. Mike Holloway officiating. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 11, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Truett was born July 9, 1945 in West Monroe, LA and passed away April 7, 2021 in Monroe. He was a member of Ouachita Baptist Church, Moose Lodge, NRA, U S Navy Veteran, Engineer and diver for U S Corps of Engineers for 20 years. Truett was preceded in death by his parents; John D. and Marie Bailey; daughter Theresa Bailey; brothers David Wayne Bailey, Johnny Richard Bailey; and sister Freda Pearson.
Truett is survived by his wife Cindy A. Bailey; son Mark D. Bailey; daughter Tina Bailey Thompson; sister Nelda Rutland; granddaughters Savannah Bailey Redmond and husband Brandon, Jaisle Bailey, Bailey Thompson; great-grandson Nathan Luke Redmond.
