Graveside services for Trudy Ann Guice Albritton will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, February 14, 2022 at Acree Cemetery in Point, Louisiana under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home ~ Farmerville. Rev. Louis Bartet will officiate.
Trudy was born on September 5, 1945 in Point, Louisiana and passed away on February 10, 2022 in Farmerville, Louisiana. She was a member of First West Baptist Church and was a member of Woods Watson’s Life Group Sunday School Class. Trudy was retired from the Jabar Corporation. She was a die-hard New Orleans Saints fan, loved gardening, antique auctions and shopping. Trudy was a devout Christian with a strong faith in our Lord. She was very passionate about animals and birds. Trudy loved taking special care of her black Labrador, Babe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Albritton; son, Kerry Todd Albritton; parents, Thomas Thurman and Doris Olice Pinkard and her siblings, Clarence Ferman (Half-Inch)Guice, Thomas Gray (Snowball) Guice, James B. Guice, and Kenneth Wayne (Kenny) Guice.
Trudy is survived by her son, Kevin Albritton; brother, Harold Ray (Doc) Guice; sisters-in-law, Mattye Guice, Julia Guice, Carolyn Guice; five grandchildren, Kasey Albritton, Joseph Albritton, Jonah Albritton, Jayce Albritton, and Ariel Albritton; two great grandchildren, Alaina and Remi Albritton; special relatives, Debbie Holmes, Elizabeth Miller, Miss Abby Miller; special friends, Connie Kelley, members of the Sisters in Christ Life Group, and the Putnam’s of Jabar; many nieces, nephews and other cherished family and friends.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Greg Samponaro, Dr. Mark Dollar, Dr. Venters and all her caregivers of Glenwood Regional Medical Center, Union General Hospital, Arbor Lake Rehab, Pafford Ambulance, and Becky Simpson.
Pallbearers will be Kasey Albritton, Joey Albritton, Justin Guice, Jason Guice, Roger Antley, and Jamie Morganthall.
