Run Date: Sunday 18, 2007 Funeral services for Hilda Hunt 76 of Ruston, Louisiana will be held Monday February, 19th at 10:00 A.M. At Temple Baptist Church Ruston with Dr Rick Byrageon and Bro Dale Oden officiating. Interment will follow at the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Cemetery, in Ruston under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Mrs. Hunt went to be with her Lord early Friday February 16, 2007, at Lincoln General Hospital SNF Unit surround by her family, after her lengthy battle with cancer. Mrs. Hunt was preceded in death by her parent Fred B Farmer, Sr. and Trudie Beatty Farmer, her first husband, William Roy, niece, Laura Farmer, bother Harold Farmer, Sr. and wife Bobbie Farmer, as well as many other special friends and family members that she loved dearly. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Mr., Glen E Hunt of Ruston, one daughter and son-in-law Jennifer Lynn Hunt Adams and Jeffery Scott Adams of Ruston, one grandson Kyle Brewer Adams. She is also survived by four stepdaughters and their families. Teressa Kearce and husband Joe, Omega, GA, Donna McIntire and husband Charles, Ruston, LA, Beverly Hurst and husband Daniel, Moultrie, GA and Vicki McKellar and husband Ricky, Tifton, GA. She is also survived by her step grandchildren, Lisa McIntire Joyner and husband Sam, Staci Michelle Howell, Martha Michelle McIntire, Joey Wayne Howell, Richard Lee McKellar, Randi Bryn Adams, Bronwynn McKellar Wood and husband Stan, Lela Brandi Nicole McKellar, Alander Hunt McKellar, Carly Brooke Banks, Step great grand children Megan Marie Joyner, Malissa Morgan Joyner, Dallas Christopher Howell, Samantha Bryn Bozeman, Michail Wayne Howell, Taylor Nicole Howell, and Dylan McKenzie Howell, three great grandchildren, Harlee Belle Wood, Sumner Carl Wood, Gracee Catherine Wood and one great great granddaughter, Makenzie Bree expected to arrive any day. She is also survived by numerous close relative cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Pallbearers will be Greg Alexandria, Philip Johnson, David Shirey, Kenny Adams, Mike Lofstrom, and Brad Stuckey. We want to send our sincere thanks to Dr. Patrick Connor and his staff at the Christus Schumpert Cancer Treatment Center and Synergy Home Health. We also thank the many Green Clinic physicians and nurses who helped take care Mrs. Hunt, and a very special thanks goes to Dr Sheila Mariano and the SHF unit @ LGH for the wonderful care she received in her last few days. You are truly angels in disguise especially Nikkia our angel nurse.
