Toy “Ted “ Humphreys, Jr. was born on February 19, 1966 in Monroe, LA and passed away on June 4, 2022 at the age of 56 in West Monroe, LA.
Funeral services for Ted will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with Bro. Don DeLukie officiating. Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM at Watson Cemetery, Watson, Arkansas with Rev. Roger Pierce officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Ted enjoyed deer hunting and collecting arrowheads. He worked for over 30 years as a machinist at Pump Services now Partco. Ted was preceded in death by his loving father, Toy Ted Humphreys, Sr. We will miss Ted’s sense of humor and kind heart.
In addition to his loving constant canine companion Grizz, Ted is survived by his mother Berneice Marlow Lowery; sisters Gail (Bob) Beasley, Jan (Curtis) Bearden; nieces Ashley Bearden, Shelly (Marc) Florman; nephews Brandon (Donna) Bearden, Curtis (Cristal) Bearden, Jr.; numerous additional family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers Sam Langston, Lee Donaldson, Brandon Bearden, Bob Beasley, Clyde Kapp, Jr., Joe Willis, Don Pennington, Kenneth Pennington and serving as honorary pallbearers Jerry Simpson, and Brian Davis.
