Funeral services for Thomas Jack Tommy Norris, Jr., 59, of Choudrant, LA will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston. Rev. Karl A. Norris and Phillip Neaville will officiate the service. Interment will follow in Sibley Cemetery near Choudrant under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Visitation will be 5:00 7:00 PM Monday, June 26, 2017 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.Tommy was born July 13, 1957 in Monroe, LA and passed away June 22, 2017 in Baton Rouge, LA. He graduated from Ruston High School and Louisiana Tech University and attended the School of Nursing at Grambling State University. Tommy worked in oil field construction as a mechanic, worked many other jobs, and possessed many talents. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Jack Norris and his sister, Angela Marie Norris.He is survived by his sons, Matthew Jason Norris of Ruston; Dr. Justin A. Norris and wife Andrea of Mt. Pleasant, SC; granddaughter, Rebecca Norris of Simsboro, LA; mother, Barbara J. Norris of Choudrant; sister, Deborah Norris Disk and husband Tom of Choudrant; brother, Rev. Karl A. Norris and wife Irene of Pineville, LA and R.
