Funeral services for Thomas Ford Malone, Sr. of Downsville, LA will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Aulds Chapel Church with Bro. Mike Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow at Aulds Chapel Church Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe, LA.Mr. Malone was born on January 7, 1942 in Downsville, LA and passed away on February 24, 2014 in Downsville, LA. He was a Supervisor of Trucking at Riverwood. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren and fishing. He was a long time member of Aulds Chapel Church and the American Legion. He loved woodworking and especially loved to build bird houses. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Julliette Malone Weaver.He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Dulaine; son, Thomas Malone, Jr. and wife, Amy; grandchildren, James Malone, William Malone, and Maura Malone; uncle, Thomas Tanner; aunt, Melba Scott; and numerous cousins and friends.Special thanks to Dr. Coy Gammage, Dr. and Mrs. Steve Donald and Affinity Clinic at Regency.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Aulds Chapel Cemetery.There will be a visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM at Aulds Chapel Church.
