Mrs. Waggoner was preceded in death by her husband William Herbert “Dood” Waggoner; and eight brothers and sisters. She is survived by daughter: Abigail Edwards of Calhoun; son: Kenny Edwards and wife Billie of Ore City, TX; daughter: Sue Wona Edwards Skains of Ruston, LA; grandchildren: Kellie Edwards, Kendra Edwards both of Ore City, TX, Regan Skains Pyle, Regina Skains both of Ruston, Robin Skains Younse of Downsville; great grandchildren; Jackson Pyle, Lillie Skains both of Ruston. I'm an RN for Haven Home Health and visited numerous times with Mrs. Thelma at her home in Breezy Hill. Loved going to see her. She was so sweet. I spoke w/ both dtrs on the phone in the past. I am so sorry that your wonderful mother is gone. I'm so glad that I got to know her.
