Such a precious, Godly lady. She was my sister's mom-in-law. A wonderful cook and fabulously gifted seamstress & crafts person. I still enjoy her handiwork throughout my home. Will miss this dear saint!

Dale Collins left a message on August 17, 2010:
We just wanted to say thank you to Aunt Sybil for all she and uncle Al did for us over the past twenty five years. On March 14th, 1987 Sheryl and I got married and went to Memphis on our honeymoon. We called up uncle Al of whom I had only heard about and told them that we wanted to go to church with them that Sunday morning. We went to church with them and then Aunt Sybil cooked us the most outstanding meal that we have ever had. We was hooked from then on. They both was a great blessing to us as a family. Later on we stayed in Memphis a number of times and the children stayed with them and got real close to them. After Uncle Al passed away we got even closer to aunt Sybil as we tried to be there for her as m uch as we could. Her passing has stirred our hearts to try and do better. She touched our lives for sure and to us going to Memphis will never be the same. Our prayers continue to be with her family. She loved you dearly and called your names out in prayer everynight before bed. God help all of us to follow her example. Dale Collins & Family
