I truly feel honored to be able to say she called me her friend. If there is anything I can do in the future for any of you please do not hesitate to ask. To the family of Mrs. Svea Freeland: I am so sorry that I missed being with you in this time. I didn't find out until around 3pm 9/5/06. Mrs. Svea was just on my mind the other day. It seems like just a very short time ago that I spent many days and nights at the Freeland home. She had such a warm and genuine care about her. If every child had the privilege of having such a loving and caring Mother, the world would be a better place. I love you all, and will miss Mrs. Svea but will rejoice knowing she is in a better place embracing all of her loved ones that have gone before her.

To Michelle, Tanya, and Greg I would like to say that I will remember your mother forever as having taught me how to put up pickles for one thing and for always being there to listen and offer the voice of reason when I needed it. Life was hard for me during the years that I visited her and she had her own burdens to bear at that time. She was a good person and a true friend and will be missed a lot. I did not realize until I started to talk to Kevin Kennedy here at work that Tanya was married to his wife, Yolanda Sis's brother. Very small world in which we live sometimes. Kevin had just said last week that she was not doing too well. Love you all and think of you often.
