Elaine passed away peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2023. Elaine was born to Oree and Mamie Webb on October 28, 1940. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed sewing and reading.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Royce Eskew; son, Royce Wayne Eskew and 5 brothers and sisters.
Elaine is survived by her 2 children, Glenn Eskew (wife Patty) and Theresa Eskew Meredith; 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; brother, James Webb; many nieces, nephews, and other cherished family and friends.
