Shirley Ann Hoenke Kilpatrick Funeral Home Ruston, LA Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Ann Hoenke, age 64, of Ruston, will be held at 2:00 P.M Monday November 12, 2007 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston. Officiating the service will be Rev. John Parker and Rev. Henry Crawford. Interment will follow at Pines Memorial Cemetery in Ruston under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home. Mrs. Hoenke was born August 31, 1943 and passed away November 9, 2007 following a lengthy illness. Mrs. Hoenke was preceded in death by her parents, J.G. and Bernice Sanches and, sister Gloria Jean Sanches. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Hoenke; son: Arthur Hoenke; daughter-in-law: Deana Hoenke; grandson: Aaron Honeke; granddaughter Sarah Hoenke all of Ruston; brothers: Roy Sanches of Oak Grove, Robert Sanches and wife Billlie of Grand Prairie, TX, Larry Sanches and wife Linda of Delhi, Tom Sanches and wife Judy of Jackson, LA, Raymond Sanches and wife Cindy of Atlanta, GA, and Ricky Sanches of Alexandria; numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be nephews, Max Sanches, Will Sanches, Matt Sanches, Thad Sanches, Bobby Sanches and T.J. Hopper. Shirley was one of my mom's first LPN students. Shirley was a good friend to my mom. She even made mine and Mark's wedding cake as a present to us. I am the Nursing Director at Longleaf and she was one of my residents. It is amazing how things come full circle. She was an excellent nurse and will truly be missed.
