Funeral services for Salley Stevens Laster, 56 of Crossroads, LA will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, July 29, 2013 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Bro. Jarrod Hawthorne and Bro. Don Delukie will officiate. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery Crossroads, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Mrs. Laster was born July 7, 1957 in Monroe, LA and passed away July 26, 2013 in West Monroe. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Laster is survived by her husband, Tommy Laster; son, Chris Sturdivant and wife Jennifer, Andy Sturdivant; step-son, Jimmy Laster; grandchildren Loralee, Jackson and Tucker Sturdivant and Paul Wyatt; sister, Carol Anderson; brothers Larry Stevens, Edward Stevens; father and mother-in-law, Aubrey and Myrtice Laster; brother-in-law Wayne Laster; sister-in-laws, Nita Laster and Jane Laster; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday July 28, 2013 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
