Mrs. Ruby Lee Hailey Jones Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Lee Hailey Jones, 93, will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Mount Vernon Baptist Church in West Monroe. Officiating will be Pastor Mark Foster and Reverend Woody Rimes. Interment will follow at Sardis Cemetery in West Monroe with Rev. Willard Norris, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mrs. Jones was born on July 16, 1913 in Jena, LA, the oldest of 12 children, and passed away on May 28, 2007 in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norris Millard Jones; son, Levon R.L. Jones; son-in-law, Arnold Baugh. Survivors are her daughters, Hilda Baugh, Wanda Eady and husband Roy, Jenell Graham and husband Wade; sons, Frankie Jones and special friend Connie Nolan, Waymond Jones and wife Kathy; daughter-in-law, Jill Jones; sisters, Dorothy Whatley, Mildred Hudnall and Daisy LaCroix; 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Mrs. Jones was a member of The Pentecostals of the Twin Cities Church for over 40 years. She also kept children in her home for over 20 years. Pallbearers are George Monk, Mack Calhoun, Randy Christy, Butch Jones, Wesley Jones, Rodney Cannon. Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at the funeral home.
