Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Hale Lincecum, 84, of West Monroe will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 3, 2014 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Interment will follow at Kilpatrick‚ Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Mrs. Lincecum was born October 16, 1929 in Epps, LA and passed away May 1, 2014 in West Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Pete Lincecum and parents, Emma and Charlie Hale; 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include her son, Joe Lincecum and wife, Cheryl; her daughter, Beth Yeager and husband Dwayne;5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren ; 3 sisters, Myrtle Welch, Marie Coburn and Agnes Gordon; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.Grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers.Visitation will be held Friday, May 2, 2014 from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

Beth and Joe, sorry your mom had to go meet your dad but we knew she wouldn't stay without him here. Nobody knows this but Aunt Ruby bought my wedding cake in Monroe and brought it to Darnell on my wedding day. She also helped me give my mom and dad their 25th wedding anniversary as I was living in NC. I LOVED her so much. She cooked the first pizza I ever saw in my life. I have many memories with your mom and dad.
