Services for Robert Glenn Chandler, 83, of Wichita, Kansas will be Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Douglas United Methodist Church in the Douglas Community, LA. Interment will follow in Douglas Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston, LA. Mr. Chandler died Thursday. October 12, 2006. He was a retired KG &E lineman. Mr. Chandler was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Pauline, of 56 years; brother Billy and sister Willa Dean Chandler. He is survived by step sons; William Odom and wife Dolly of Tyler, TX and James Odom and wife Peggy of Carrollton, TX; brothers, J. W. Chandler, Durwood Chandler, and sister, Pauline Chandler all of Ruston, LA; grandchildren, Dwayne Odom and wife Tracy, Teresa Dubose and husband Larry, Terrie Gregory and husband Ron, Mike Odom and wife Lisa, Tim Odom and wife Kathy; and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 17, 2006 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home from 4:00 until 8:00PM.
