Robert Earl Kay passed away June 10, 2021 at the age of 65 in West Monroe, La. after complications from a chronic medical condition. Robert was born in Monroe, Louisiana on July 25, 1955. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and had a love of the outdoors. Robert is survived by his sister, Susan Lambert Dupepe.Continue Reading
