I just heard last night about Craig. I went to school with him at Ruston High. He would have the class laughing and getting in trouble. He will be missed. Sorry for your loss.

I can't tell you how my heart is breaking for you all. Jeremy just told me. I can remember those days at the skating rink like they were yesterday. I watched him grow from a pre-teen kid to a man and I was so blessed to have known Craig and call him my friend. I'm sure you know we were very close and he was so special to me. We would occasionally still chat through email although I haven't spoken to him in a couple of years now. Oh how I will miss him! He was larger than life! He was an inspiration to me in more ways than you could ever know. I don't know what else to say except that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love, April Rolling in Fun Skate Center

I was devastated to hear about Craigs death. I remember growing up with him at Temple and he was always such a fun and easy going guy. He always had a way of making me laugh and he was such a kind, sweet and good natured guy. I know he is in a better place now but I am in shock still knowing that he got taken away from us way too soon. My thoughts and prayers are with the Winstead family every day but I know he is still with us all in our hearts and minds, hopefully we can all grow stronger from this, I know that is what he would want. I just want his family to know that I will continue to pray for their strength and healing after such a terrible loss. He touched alot of lives in such a positive way during his time with us and I know he will continue to do so from up above, thats just the kind of guy he was, such a genuine sweetheart, he always put others feelings before his own and the past few years he helped me out in so many ways, ways that he didnt have to but he did with out thinking twice about it. I will truly miss him but I know I will see him again one day... My love and condolences always to Craigs family
