Funeral services for Robert Anthony Fava will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, October 31, 2020 at St. Matthews Catholic Church, Monroe, LA. Father Mark Franklin will officiate.
“Fava”, as he was lovingly known by so many, was a salt of the earth, simple young man. He did not need much to make him smile – some good music, good people to belly laugh with, good snacks and of course, his Vans.
Anthony is survived by his adoring parents, Robert and Mandey Fava; his grandparents, Robert and Jimmie Lou Fava of Monroe, LA and Patricia Ali of Pottstown, Pa. He has many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who became family who will miss him dearly. None of those left behind will ever forget that warm feeling we got when he gave us one of his famous hugs.
We are confident that Anthony was welcomed Home by the most beautiful marching band, his loved ones who went before him and our Lord and Savior.

We went to Owen J Roberts together and graduated together. I didn’t know fava well until he saw me crying in the hallway at school one day and he asked me if I was okay after that we would talk but we also had classes together. He was such a amazing human, I will never forget how helpful he was.
