Richard Elliott Armolt was born on December 16, 1944, in Cumberland, Maryland, and passed away on August 26, 2024, at his residence in West Monroe, Louisiana. Richard had a wonderful personality and he never met a stranger. He had an abundance of love for his family, church family and the many friends he had.
