Funeral services for Rev. Billy C. Copeland, age 76, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at The Pentecostals of the Twin Cities. Officiating will be Pastor Mark Foster and Pastor Kenneth Carpenter. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Homes. Billy C. Copeland, a lifelong resident of West Monroe, passed away in Maryville, TN on April 30, 2011. Billy was a member of The Pentecostals of the Twin Cities. He was a retired electrician and pastor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dock and Lucille Copeland and by a son, Timothy Copeland. Survivors are his loving wife of 58 years, Valerie Fowler Copeland; son, Donnie Copeland Marlene; daughter, Linda Copeland; grandchildren, Valerie Snell Jimmy, Dusty Copeland, Heather Curry Clay, Jessica Bennett, Krista Copeland, Jonathan Bennett, Marla Roberts Yancy and Christopher Smith; great grandchildren, Jordan Copeland, Jimmy Snell, Jr., Madison Snell, Maddox Copeland and Mariana Roberts. Pallbearers will be Dusty Copeland, Jimmy Snell, Jonathan Bennett, Dock Copeland and other family members. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at Kilpatrick Funeral Homes of West Monroe.
