I woke up this morning thinking of Raymond! He was a man among men! He was quick to make good decisions, and always had a joke at hand! I hope this text reaches you, the love ones of him! I worked at the state police as a bomb technician, And knew him also from the army reserve once we had done our active duty. He served with distinction in the army and many honors were awarded him. I do hope he got that Cursed knee fixed but if he didn’t it’s fixed now because he’s in heaven with our good Lord! We who know him from work and from service admired him greatly! And I am so sorry for this late review! I hope this finds you, his loved ones in good health! After all, you his, family, are our love ones to!!!!

I am saddened for the family and friends, in learning of the passing of Raymond Frost. His name brings a smile to my heart remembering my days and nights as a cadet in the North Delta Police Academy under his direction. He always had a saying or phrase that was funny - “That dog don’t hunt” was a favorite. I am proud to say I knew him. God’s Blessings to all - Sincerely - Mendy Sylvester

I worked as a part-time secretary and enjoyed my job while I went to school and took care of my child. He was an outstanding man and a God loving man that cared deeply for his family. He will be truly missed. May God bless this family.

Mr. Frost was one of the best of an awesome group of men who taught Sunday School to the boys who grew up at FBC West Monroe in the 70's and 80's. We were very lucky Mr. Frost blessed us with his time and story-telling!
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

I met Mr. Frost when I started work at Ouachita Parish Police Jury. He was the greatest storyteller and had the best one-liners. Above all though, you could tell that he loved his family and he truly cared about people. I pray for God's comfort and peace for his family. Karen Cupit
Julia Kirby left a message on August 19, 2021:
Today, we are comforted by the words of our Lord in Revelation 21:4 which says: "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Mr. Frost's loss is Heaven's gain he was a great man in kind and deed. I worked under his tutorship for 10 years and there was never a dull day whether he was talking about his old Army Days, State Police, Probation n Parole, North Delta Police Academy, or the family. Mr. Frost had an incredible sense of humor and a brilliant mind he could teach in such a way that you would remember every detail. To the Frost Family please know that my prayers will continue to bombard heaven on your behalf-praying that the God of peace will console you. Be at Peace in the everlasting Love of the Lord. Ray was the greatest c.j. instructor at NLU when I was a student there in the 1980's. He kept us laughing while teaching us many valuable blessings. Will never forget his many "basic" lessons. David Dennard.
