Randall was born on June 30, 1953 in Monroe, Louisiana and passed away on April 7, 2023 in West Monroe, Louisiana. He was a salesman, who worked for the Tool House, Inc, and Tom Sanders Building Mart. Randall was a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Pi and a Past Commander of Ouachita Sail and Power Squadron. He was a proud graduate of the 1971 Class of West Monroe High School and graduated from Northeast Louisiana University. Randall was passionate about hunting and fishing – it was his favorite pastime. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Canoy and Audrey Donaldson Cooper; and nephew, Caleb Wood.
Randall is survived by his wife of 43 years, Janet Wood Cooper; daughter, Jennifer Cooper; two fur babies, Alora and Cinder; mother- in – law, Bobbie Burgess; brothers – in – law, Jeff Wood and wife Vickie, Jerry Wood and wife Donna, Albert Kerr and wife Dawn; many other cherished family and friends.
