Graveside services for Mr. Q. T. Boyett, 79 of Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 7, 2007 at Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Butch Pilcher officiating. Under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Mr. Boyett was born January 14, 1928 in Joyce, LA and passed away April 5, 2007 in Monroe, LA. Mr. Boyett was preceded in death by his parents Ada and Thomas Russell Boyett. He was retired from Manville as a railroad engineer with over 48 year≠s service. He served in the U. S. Army during WWII, and a member of Cadville Masonic Lodge #229. Mr. Boyett is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ruth Kelly Boyett; son, Jimmy Boyett and wife Sharon; daughter, Linda Boyett Etier; grandchildren, Mandy Boyett Spradlin, Joshua Sinclair, and Elliot Etier, great grandchildren, Alyssa and Jacob Spradlin, and Devin Boyd.
