Mr. Green was born August 22, 1924 in Garden City, TX and passed away October 26, 2006 in West Monroe. Mr. Green was retired from Monroe Housing Authority, and was preceded in death by a daughter Carla McBride. Mr. Green is survived by his wife Marlene Green of West Monroe, daughter Judy Cottingham and her husband Steve of Salem, SC, son David Green of Texarkana TX, and step son Mark Lay of Houston. Visitation will be Sunday from 5PM until 8PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.
