A service of celebration for Phyllis Yvonne Moore will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 4, 2022, in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Officiating will be Reverend Randy Ray. Interment will follow in Hall Cemetery at Rhymes, Louisiana under the direction and care of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Phyllis was born on July 7, 1936, and passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 86.She was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton B. Moore; her brother, Robert Duschene; and her parents, Frank and Goldie Duschene.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Cathy Johnson and her husband, Jimmy; her son, Clinton “Bubba” Moore and his wife, Debra; grandchildren, Michelle Stark and her husband, Lindsey, Nikki Johnson, Heather Moore, Misty Moore; sisters, Sandra Hamilton and Angie Flowers; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.
Phyllis was a people person and loved being around them. She enjoyed going to the casinos and playing the slots. She enjoyed dancing and traveling. For over 26 years, she loved being a greeter at Walmart. She was an amazing person and will be deeply missed by her family.
Pallbearers will be Harold Flowers, Jr., David Boyd, Lindsey Stark, Tim Hamilton, Robert Duschene and Mark Duschene.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.
