Services for Mr. Perry Donald Nyegaard, 87, of Farmerville, LA will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church in Farmerville. Officiating will be Rev. Aleck Nyegaard. Burial will follow in Liberty Taylor Cemetery in Farmerville, LA under direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 19 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Don was born on September 29, 1932 in Farmerville, LA, and passed away on November 17, 2019 at Arbor Lake Nursing Home in Farmerville, LA surrounded by his loved ones. Don was a member of Salem Baptist Church. He enjoyed working on and tending to his property. His family was the center of his life. Paw Paw will be greatly missed, but never forgotten by his youngens. He is preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Neta Beth Shaw Nyegaard, sister Lorraine Womack and grandson Caleb Salley. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Salley; Donna Cranford and husband Kim; brother, Curtis Nyegaard; grandchildren, Perri Salley, Kacey Cranford, Kallie Haacks and husband Deacon; great-grandchildren, Christian Aulds, Kaylee Beth Cranford, Lilly Beth Haacks, Karly Anne Cranford, and Shaw Walker Haacks. Pallbearers will be Mike Smith, Kenny Tucker, Brian Nyegaard, Kacey Cranford, Deacon Haacks, and Robert Allen. Honorary Pallbearers will be the deacons of Salem Baptist Church, Nicholous Fredieu, Robert Womack, Richard Womack, Jr., Jim Allen Womack, Curt Nyegaard, Scott Nyegaard, and John Nyegaard. Memorials may be made to Salem Baptist Church in Farmerville, LA. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.com. Kilpatrick Funeral HomeFarmerville, LA.
