Memorial services for Penny Kay DeVincent, 59 of Downsville will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Pleasant Valley Assembly of God Church, Downsville with Rev. Mike Spivey and Rev. Tracy Ables officiating under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Penny was born August 29, 1951 in Monroe, LA and passed away June 2, 2011 in Monroe. She was owner of Pleasant Valley Candles. Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Geraldeen Frost. She is survived by 2 daughters; Autumn Bailey and April Bailey Otwell and husband Jeff; son, Edward Bailey and wife Dawn; 2 sisters; Wanda Weems and Sharon Ryland; grandchildren; Seth Bailey, Angelica Bailey, Landon Long, Jr. Lewis, Adriann Otwell and Arial Otwell; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at the church.
