Graveside services for Patrick “Rapper P” Glasco will be held 2:30 P.M., Friday December 23, 2022, at Bethany Cemetery-Hebert, La.

Visitation will be held from 12:30- 1:30 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home-West Monroe.

Services are under the direction and care of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.

Patrick was born September 12, 1962, and passed away December 17, 2022. He served in the U.S. Army and was employed with Lumen Technologies as a Lead Engineer. Patrick was a computer whiz and gamer, and also loved listening to heavy metal music. Patrick was always there to lend the helping hand.

Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Armon and Billie Glasco; and a sister, Jacqueline Glasco.

Patrick is survived by his wife, Nicole Glasco; daughter, Rebecca Glasco; step-son, Nathaniel Knippers; brother Michael Glasco; sisters, Wanda White, Gloria Newsom and Carol Koeppe; and several nieces and nephews.

I knew Patrick for less than a year, but he made a big impact on me. We had meetings together every Tuesday and Thursday. He was a joy to work with and made doing a cutover a rewarding experience. He did his job with enthusiasm and made everyone feel comfortable in the process. I will miss him and his laughter and sharing his kitten stories!

I had the opportunity to work with Patrick in the Broadband Maintenance Center and later had the opportunity to hire him as an Engineer in the Internal Network Organization. He didn't disappoint. Patrick proactively pursued numerous network certifications, attended training classes, and worked on his interpersonal skills. All of these things enabled him to rise up through the ranks to become higher level Engineer. Patrick was one you could count on to get things done. RIP Patrick.

Patrick was my uncle. Sadly, I never got a chance to meet him in person, as I had already moved to Los Angeles when he came into our lives, but my mom and he were very close. He and I talked a lot on Facebook, and I always enjoyed his posts and the truth that he was not afraid to post. I will miss you, Uncle Patrick. RIP

I will certainly miss Patrick. I always enjoyed coming in to work when he was there too. Having similar music tastes, he would often stop by my cube to ask if I had heard the latest track of a band or to hear what concert he and Nicole were getting ready to go see. Work-wise Patrick could best be summed up by his famous line: "We can make that happen!" He was always will to try his best to accomplish what a customer or manager would ask of him.

God Bless and comfort you, Nicole and all the family, through this time of sadness. Such a shock when people go so suddenly. He will surely be missed. He was always ready to cook up some fish and did a great job making it happen. If that computer acted up, just call him, he could fix it. Love Ya'll Dot Smith

Patrick was my younger brother and as we grew up we became close and he visited me in California and I went to see him . We always had a good time and laughed and cut up. I will miss him terribly . You left us too soon but Gods will not ours . Pray you are dancing with Jesus, our dad , your mom and our sister Jackie . I am sure I will see you pretty soon. Love you my little brother.

My uncle Patrick was one of the coolest people I ever knew. I got to talk to him for the first time in over 15 years just days before he passed, and we had a good conversation about football and other things. He truly was a great guy and I'm going to miss him.

Had the privilege to work with Pat and he was a great guy and a top notch network engineer who never hesitated to help anyone! He will be missed! RIP Pat and prayers are with his family !
