Graveside services for Patricia Lenard will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 16, 2017 at Luna Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Joel Brackett will officiate under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Patricia was born July 2, 1950 in Deadwood City, South Dakota and passed away June 13, 2017 in Ruston, LA. She was a retired registered nurse with Home Health Service. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Lenard and a son, Shawn Michael Lenard.Patricia is survived by her sons; David Lee Lenard and wife Rachel, Christopher Lenard, and Jody Lenard and wife Kristy; sisters; Randi Stevens, Peggy Stevens, Denise Smith Anderson and Lori Smith Carlson; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.Visitation will be held Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.kilpatrickfuneralhomes.comKilpatrick Funeral HomeWest Monroe, LA
