Mr. O.E. ¨Bud Cunningham, 86, Monroe, LA. Formally of Las Cruces, NM was born July 31, 1924 in Quinter, KS. and passed away peacefully February 1, 2011 in Monroe, LA. Bud≠s survivors are his wife of 63 years, Faye Cunningham of Monroe, La; daughters, Genie Botschen and her husband, Chuck of Houston Texas, Sherrie McKenzie and her husband C.A. of Monroe; and sons, Steven Cunningham and his wife, Karen of Las Cruces, New Mexico; and John Cunningham, Sr. and his wife, Linda of West Monroe, LA; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Hester Cunningham and a grandson, Sean Cunningham. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at The Masonic Cemetery in Las Cruses, NM. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 7, 2011 at Getz Funeral Home in Las Cruces. The family will receive guests from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday February 4, 2011 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home-West Monroe. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home and Louisiana Baptist Children≠s Home.
