I am deeply saddened by the loss of Mrs. Taylor. She left teaching at Downsville at around the same time I graduated. She was Class. I teach now, and can only hope I will touch as many lives as she did. My prayers are with the family.

So many good things can be said for Mrs. Taylor. She was a truly classy lady who was full of grace and dignity. She always had a smile, and she always lifted others up. She was a great mother and that is evident in her children and grandchildren. My thoughts, heart, and prayers are with you all. Robbie Boyd

How lucky I was to have had Mrs. Taylor as a teacher and also the mother of some of my closest friends! She was the best teacher I ever had. Not only did she teach us the subject matter, but more importantly, she taught us about life. She was always upbeat and funny. The light that shone through her was directly from God and she was one of his very best angels on earth. I will truly miss her. I love you all. Susan
