Funeral services for Nancy Zigler will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 25, 2022 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with Dr. Woods Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until service time at Kilpatrick Funeral Home.
Nancy was born August 11, 1939 in Elnora, Indiana and passed away February 20, 2022 in Chatham surrounded by her family. She was a member of First Baptist Church of West Monroe (First West) and she retired from Central Bank. Nancy loved gardening, crafting, traveling, shopping and spending time with loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Don” Zigler; parents, Sylvan Adams and Bernice; siblings, James Lee Adams and Maxine May Denny.
Nancy is survived by her children, Doug Zigler and wife Nani, David Zigler and wife Jenny and Michelle Stokes and husband Steve; 7 grandchildren, Brennen Zigler (Jordyn), Bradie Aldridge (Billy), Megan Zigler, Jordan Crosby (Eric), Olivia Zigler, Caleb Stokes (Ashton) and Connor Stokes (Morgan); 9 great-grandchildren, Hunter, Annabelle, Easton, Jaxon, Addison, Georgia, Hensley, Evelyn and Kohen.
Serving as pallbearers Caleb Stokes, Connor Stokes, Steve Stokes, Eric Crosby, Brennen Zigler and Billy Aldridge.
Honorary pallbearer Hunter Crosby.

Doug, Michele, and David and families this is your cousin Nancy,Stuffle,Elrod.Always remember your dad and mom coming to visit us when they were in Odon. I was pretty young maybe 5 or 6 they picked me up and put my head in kitchen sink making me think they was really going to put water on. they were always teasing me. I received a Christmas card and short note I didn’t know Nancy was bad. I wrote her and sent a letter and card. she was so thoughtful and caring asking how I was. I wish I was able to be there but after my stroke happened, and me running to doctors, with my cancer my you are in my thoughts and prayers It is so awful to loose your parents it just breaks your hearts. My sincere condolences to the family and friends. God bless. I remember Nancy as such a sweet lady, always smiling. I enjoyed seeing her at our home. My mom, Ramona, was her hair stylist for so many years. Nancy and mom were also great friends. Mom passed away last November on her 90th birthday. I was fortunate to be with her at that moment. Again, my condolences.

We have such fond memories of Nancy, Don, Doug, David, and Michelle making annual summer visits with Grandma & Grandpa Zigler in Indiana. Nancy was kind and funny and a true "lady." She will be greatly missed. But, we treasure the memories. Please accept our sincere apologies that we are unable to make the trip to Louisiana for her memorial service.
