Funeral services for Agnes Wrenn Leake, 96, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, May 19, 2014 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. Dr. Mark Fenn will officiate. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.Agnes was born Septemeber 4, 1917 in Ouachita Parish, LA and went to be with the Lord on May 17, 2014 in Monroe. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church West Monroe and the Encouragers Sunday School Class. Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Zeke Bud Leake, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Wrenn, and two brothers, Thomas Wrenn, Sr. and Francis Wrenn.Agnes is survived by a special nephew, Tommy Wrenn, Jr. and wife, Helen along with numerous nieces and nephews.A special thank you goes out to The Arbor House Staff and the Avalon Rehab Center Staff.Pallbearers will be Jerry Towers, Eugene Eppinette, Jimmy Hanry, Tom McCandlish, Lawrence Hanry and Gene Spears.Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 500 Pine Street, West Monroe, 71291 or to a charity of your choice.Visitation will be held Sunday, May 18, 2014 from 5:00pm until 7:00 pm at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
