Interment will follow at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens. Visitation will be held Thursday from 12 PM until service time at the church, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Frankie was born July 26, 1945 in Salinas, Puerto Rico and passed away March 2, 2020 in West Monroe. He was a Lay Minister of Los Pentecostales de West Monroe. Frankie was preceded in death by a son, Mark Agostini; father Efrain Agostini ; mother Romona Perry and step-father W.E. Perry; sister Daisy Santiago.
Frankie is survived by his wife Guadalupe “Margie” Agostini; daughter Norma Jean Rice and husband William Thompson; grandchildren Heather Silmon and husband Steven, Ashley Bounds and husband Derek, James Rice; great-grandchildren Cameron Henson, Isabella Bounds, Kalli Bounds, Ramona Rice, Kathan Wray and Savoy Silmon; numerous brothers and sisters.
