“Sandman” was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his wife Pat Martin, and his granddaughters and Ashley Elee and Stephanie Breaux.
He is survived by his children: Patricia Scioneaux and her husband Harris, Judy Brown and her husband Greg, Eugene Martin, Jr., Charles Martin and his wife Leeann, Cindy Milford and her husband Rick, Archie Martin and his wife Mary Beth, Billy Martin and his wife Abbie. Also, his grandchildren: Billie Jean Stout, Richard Stout, Jr., Littleman Brown, Cody Martin, Melody Harrison, Carey Linville, Timmy Martin, Cory Martin, Mentie Kohl, Dusty Breaux, Dustin Breaux and Justin Breaux; and numerous great-grandchildren.
