Danny and family I am so sorry to hear of Melba Jean's death. She was such a lovely person -- inside and out. She will be missed by ALL that knew her. She always did have a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eye. May God give you that peace and comfort only HE can

Kim & Danny, I am so very sorry to hear about Aunt Melba Jean. I just heard 5/9. My Lord, Aunt Melba Jean and Aunt Grace so close together. You know they are sitting up there laughing & gossiping at all of us down here. She will never be missed, because we will always think of her, have a little giggle & crack a little smile! Love to you, Cousin Kathy Moore

To all the family of "Melba Jean" as affectionately known by Henry and "Melvy" as affectionately known by Zelphia Mae. We share in your heavy hearts at the loss of such a precious woman. "Melvy" was Zelphia Mae's best friend for many years and there is no telling just how many telephone hours they have put in over the years, nor any way to measure the number of miles they have put on a car over the years. Henry always thought of "Melba Jean" as a second Mom, and felt she thought of him as another son. Thank you Melba for all the memories and wonderful times here on earth that we had making them! To your family, we love you all and will continue to pray for you during this time of incredible grief and as you find your way through the days, months and years without her. Knowing that we will be reunited with her one day in Heaven brings great Peace. Just think what a Happy Reunion she is having with Mr. George and Connie now! We love you all, Henry, Laurie and Zelphia Mae Johnson
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.
