Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lois Harp, 86, of Monroe, LA will be Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Monroe with Reverend Don Holloway officiating. Graveside services and interment will be in Cleveland, Mississippi on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 11:30 AM at New Cleveland Cemetery in Cleveland, Mississippi. Mrs. Harp was born October 19, 1924 and passed away January 8, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband Holman E. Harp and son James Harp. Mrs. Harp is survived by one son, Jeff E. Harp and wife Gail; grandchildren, Jennifer Harp Redding and husband Brian, Joseph E. Harp and wife Natalie, Anthony McFarlin and wife Ashley, Miranda McFarlin, Brant E. Harp, and Chandra Harp Bennett and husband Bill; great grandchildren, Gage and Levi Redding, Chelsey and Chase Harp, and Auston McFarlin. My thoughts and prayers are with Jeff and his family.

Mrs. Harp was a dear friend to me and my family. I will miss our phone calls and the sharing of holiday greeting cards. We watched each others children/grandchild grow and blossom. Rest in peace my dear friend. We love you. God has another beautiful flower in His garden.
