Mrs. Albritton was born August 11, 1942, and passed away surrounded by her husband, four children and several grandchildren on March 12, 2024. She lived a beautiful, long life. Mrs. Albritton always put her entire family first and was a true example of selfless love. Every member of her family, both immediate and extended, knew that she was always there pouring her heart out because she truly loved and supported them all. She loved to visit with her family and was happiest when she was spending quality time with them. She loved family reunions and was always spearheading the project, either firsthand in her younger years, or from the sidelines later in life. One of her wishes for the family is to always stay close for there is nothing more important than family. Mrs. Albritton’s favorite pastimes were collecting dolls, buying and selling estate jewelry and trinkets, watching old movies, QVC, and The Game Show Network, especially Match Game. She was known by her family for her delicious cooking, and she made sure you never left her house hungry. If she was praying for you, you could feel it, and the entire family knew it.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Lovie Fontenot and siblings Cecil Fontenot, Odis Fontenot, Wayne Fontenot, Johnny Fontenot, and Donna Fontenot.
