Dr. Douglas Stewart and Dr. Donnie Underwood will officiate with burial to follow in the Cook Cemetery in Ruston under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA.Mrs. Richards was born on July 22, 1925 in Clay, LA and passed away on December 2, 2007, in the Willow Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center in Arcadia, LA. She was a long time resident of Ruston and was preceded in death by her husband, Guy T. Richards; her parents: Sam and Selma Goss; siblings: Armour Lee Goss, Captain R.L. Goss, Wilbur ?Cooty? Goss, William ?Bill? Goss and Lela Goss Atkins.Mrs. Richards is survived by her sons: William Richards & wife Jane of Arcadia, LA; Sammy Richards & wife Debbie of Simsboro, LA; two granddaughters: Whitney and Macey Richards; two sisters: Joyce Colvin of Arcadia, LA and Juanita Prohn of Kansas.Pallbearers will be: Danny Lonidier, Dennis Colvin, Jimmy Lonidier, Loyd Harrell, Carl Atkins, and J.D. Wroley.Visitation will be held Monday, December 3, 2007 from 5 ? 8 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston, LA.The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Staff of Willow Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center and to Dr. Larry Neal for their wonderful care given to Mrs. Richards.
