Graveside services for Martha Jo Collins, 77, of West Monroe, will be held at 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Beulah Cemetery in Calhoun, Louisiana. Pastor Jeff May will officiate. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. ~ 7:00 P.M., Monday, June 12, 2023 at Kilpatrick Funeral Homes in West Monroe.

Jo was born on January 29, 1946 in Lagrange, Georgia and passed away on June 9, 2023 in West Monroe, Louisiana. She was a retired medical technologist. Jo was preceded in death by her parents, George “Shine” and Louise “Lucy” Ogletree Murphrey; brother, George “Bub” Murphrey, Jr.

Jo is survived by her daughter, Nicole Worthy and husband Chad; grandsons, Michael Worthy and his wife Micah, and Andrew Worthy; great grand-son, Maverick Worthy; sister-in-law, Donna Murphrey; nieces and nephews, Timothy Murphrey, Shane Murphrey, Brennan Burch, Amy Bordovsky, and Darcy Heard; special friend, Gary Martin; and many other cherished family and friends.
