Marion Stanley Myers, 72, of Columbia, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015. Funeral services for Mr. Myers will be at 10:00 A.M., on Tuesday, October 27, 2015, in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. Reverend Marcelle Ronquille will officiate. Interment will be at Hall Cemetery, Rhymes, La. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2015, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe. Stanley was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, on January 26, 1943. He worked as a mechanic for Kellogg-Moore Oil Co. and was a member of the U.S ArmyHe was preceded in death by his parents Marion M. Myers and Darlene Self Myers; and son Bobby M. Myers. He is survived by his loving wife Linda Gayle Moore Myers; sons Ronald Myers and wife Lisa, Timothy Myers, Michael Myers and wife Jennifer, and Jason Myers; brother Larry Myers; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; and a very special great niece and nephew, Abbigail and Austin Booth; and two very special extended family members Lauren Wood and Ryan Quaid.Pallbearers will be Eddie Edwards, Danny Brister, Ronald Sanford, Mickey Hook, George Anzelmo and Henson Crenshaw; and honorary pallbearer, Neil Crenshaw.
