Funeral services for Lyndia L. Harris will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 28, 2022 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe with Rev. Cecil Herrington officiating. Interment will follow at Northeast Louisiana Veterans’ Cemetery Rayville, Louisiana. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Lyndia was a member of West Heights Missionary Baptist Church where she was very involved as a choir member and kids club leader. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was affectionately known as “Mamaw”. Lyndia is preceded in death by her husband Charlie E. Harris; parents; Ruth and Fred Lambert; brother’s Bobby Lambert, Harry Lambert and Joe Lambert.

Lyndia is survived by children Dr. Theresa L. Harris and husband Chris Frazier and Brad Harris and wife Kelly; grandchildren Astrid Harris, Aidan Harris, Ava Harris, Ashlynn Welles and Axel Harris; brothers Larry Lambert, Fred S. Lambert Jr. and wife Kathie, Keith Lambert and wife Sharmin, Barney Lambert and wife Barbara; sister-in-law Mary Lambert and Hazel Lambert; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Fred S. Lambert Jr., Keith Lambert, Barney Lambert, Brad Harris and Aidan Harris.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Larry Lambert and Marvin Hux.
