Mrs. Stell was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met...when I visited an aunt at Landmark in early December, I saw Mrs. Stell and spoke with her for a few minutes.  Before I left, she asked me to roll her in her wheelchair to the dining area...it was a privilege to do that for her.  She will so deeply missed...Johnny Simpson

I remember Mrs. Stell from my childhood.  Her home and her daughters provided a warm, friendly and safe place for me to visit and to stay when her daughters were baby-sitting me.  It is with great affection and fond memories that I recall those times I spent in her home.  My most memorable was when I was in their home baby-sittingwhen my brother was born.  I had just turned six years old a few weeks earlier.  Red Skelton was one of my favorite programs, which I was watching at their home, January 2, 1962.  When my Dad called to ask me what I wanted to name my new brother, of course I replied, CLEM KADIDDLEHOPPER.  What would any six year old Red Skelton fan reply.  And there were many other very happy times spent in her home as a child.  She was a wonderful Christian woman and a role model in my young life.  My father died three short years later and Mrs. Stell and her family were there for us, my mother, my brother, and I.  She was a strength and support to all of us, possibly more than she ever knew.  I remember her fondly,Rick Holder

Though I didn't know your Mother, I do know how precious she was to you and your sisters. I also know that she had to have been poud of raising such loving, caring daughters. From all you've said about your Mother over the years I know that she was a very special, southern lady and will be missed by all who knew her. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.j
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

MeMe was such a loving, sweet friend to our family. We loved being her neighbor and she treated us as if we were part of her family. She talked often abour her time here on this earth and that she was ready to go when the good Lord called her. Praise God, she is with Jesus and now has a brand new body. We have a picture of her with our family taken at her 90th birthday party. I'll treasure that picture always. We offer our condolences to your family during this time and please know your in our thoughts and prayers. So sorry we could not be there due to illness in our own family. Love, Jimmy, Beverly, Tyler, and Reece Pitson
